President Trump didn’t like a question he got at the G-7 summit in Canada over the weekend. The reporter asked a pointed question about the bickering between Trump, Canada and European nations, suggesting Trump was alienating our allies and was eager to leave the summit to meet with Kim Jong Un. Before responding, Trump asked the reporter which outlet he represented. He was unsurprised by the answer.

Trump pushed back at the reporter’s agenda and said the relationship between the U.S. and her allies is a “ten.” He may not agree with what the other nations are doing in terms of trade, but the relationship that he’s had with the other countries in the G-7 is “great,” he emphasized.
The current trade deficits, he said, are the fault of his predecessors.
“We used to be a nation that was unbelievably cash flow oriented and had no debt of any consequence,” he said.
